Should I buy a heavy core or a mace?

If you want a weapon to use, buy the Mace ($1.49) – it comes with Density V, Wind Burst III, Mending and Unbreaking III. Buy the core if you want to craft or enchant it yourself, or to hold as an investment.

How is the heavy core delivered?

About Heavy Core

The heavy core is the rarest crafting ingredient in the game: it only comes from ominous vaults in trial chambers, and one core plus a breeze rod makes a mace. On DonutSMP, where maces decide fights, the core is both a crafting item and a trade item with a stable value. Price: $1.29 each, up to 64 per order.

Players buy heavy cores to craft their own mace with the enchantments they want, to hold as an investment, or to resell to PvP players who do not want to run trial chambers. It appears in the God Mystery Box and Legendary Crate pools too.
