1. Who we are
DonutCoins (βweβ, βusβ) is an independent online store run by players. We sell in-game money, items and services for the Minecraft server DonutSMP. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to DonutSMP, its staff, Mojang AB or Microsoft. βMinecraftβ is a trademark of Mojang AB. The operator's name, address and contact details are in the legal notice.
2. Digital goods
Everything we sell is a virtual, in-game good or service with no real-world value. Goods are delivered manually by our staff inside the game: money with the server's/pay command, items by teleport and hand-over, bases by sending coordinates. The delivery estimate shown on the site is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee; our staff are human and sometimes asleep.
An order is complete when the goods have been handed over to the Minecraft username on the order. From that point the goods are yours and what happens to them β theft, deaths, server rollbacks, punishments β is outside our control and not refundable. Mystery boxes are random by design. The drop table and odds are published on every box before purchase; the result is generated by our system when the order is created and shown on your order page. Opening a box does not entitle you to a specific item.
Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Our goods are digital content that we start delivering as soon as your payment is confirmed. By ticking the box at checkout you expressly request that we begin delivery immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun. Until delivery starts you can cancel any order free of charge on its order page; see the refund policy for everything we refund after that.
3. Your username
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username and for having access to that account. We deliver to the username on the order β not to the person who paid, not to an account you meant to type. If you notice a mistake, contact us before delivery; after delivery we cannot recover goods from the wrong account.
You must be the owner of the account you order for, or have the owner's permission. Do not order for accounts you do not control.
4. Payments and chargebacks
Prices are shown in US dollars; other currencies are estimates for convenience and your payment provider's rate applies. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus any fee shown next to the payment method. Discounts (bulk tiers, spending tiers, coupons, referral discounts, store credit) are applied as described on the site; we may cap combined discounts.
For manual payment methods you must send the exact amount and submit the payment reference on your order page. Orders that stay unpaid for 24 hours are cancelled automatically (stock, coupon and credit are returned), and you can cancel them yourself from the order page at any time before delivery starts. Underpayments are credited as store credit; overpayments are refunded or credited on request.
Chargebacks. Opening a chargeback, PayPal dispute or payment reversal on a delivered order is fraud. We will dispute it with the order record and delivery proof, and we reserve the right to refuse future orders from you and to inform other stores and the affected servers. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf and who is making or authorising the payment. If you are under 18 and do not have that consent, do not order. If a payment is made by a minor without permission, contact us β we handle these cases individually and sensibly.
7. Prohibited use
- Using stolen, borrowed without permission or fraudulent payment methods.
- Ordering for accounts you do not own or control, or impersonating another player.
- Abusing promotions: multiple accounts or devices to circumvent spin cooldowns, self-referrals, fake reviews, sharing or selling bound coupons.
- Harassing or threatening our staff, or attempting to interfere with the site, its API or its payment flows.
- Reselling our goods as your own while pretending to be us, or using our name, logo or copy on another site.
We may cancel orders, void coupons and credit, and refuse service for any of the above, without refund where goods were already delivered.
8. Free stuff and promotions
The daily spin, giveaways, referral rewards, review rewards and gift codes are promotions we offer voluntarily. Their rules are described on the respective pages and in the FAQ; we may change, pause or end them at any time. Prizes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be bound to a single username. Store credit is a discount on future orders, not a balance we owe you, and it is forfeited if your account is blocked for abuse.
9. Liability
We provide the site and the goods βas isβ. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, for the actions of the server or other players, for downtime of the game or the site, or for anything that happens to your in-game goods after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country.
10. Changes and contact
