No. Orders are tied to your Minecraft username and order ID – keep the order ID (we also show it on the order page and send it to your e-mail if you add one). No passwords, no sign-up.

Contact us on Discord before delivery with your order ID and the correct name. Once money or items have been handed to the username on the order we cannot take them back, so double-check the spelling – we validate names against Mojang at checkout to catch typos.

Yes, as long as it is still awaiting payment – use the cancel button on your order page. Paid orders are delivered, not cancelled; see our refund policy for the exceptions.

No minimum on our side. Some payment methods have a small minimum (shown next to the method at checkout) and crypto networks charge their own fees for tiny amounts.

Per million, the big fixed packs: 1B for $114.99 (about $0.115 per 1M), 500M for $61.99 and 100M for $13.99 beat the pick-your-amount rate of $0.18–$0.13. Then let the discounts stack – carts over $15 get 5% off, over $40 8% and over $100 12%, plus one coupon from the daily spin or the welcome code and any store credit. Stock is reserved when your order is created, so this is rare – it mostly affects limited items like bases. If we cannot deliver part of an order, you choose: wait for the restock (we tell you how long), swap for an item of the same value, or get that part refunded or credited to your username. Non-delivery within 48 hours of payment confirmation is always a full refund under our refund policy.

Orders need a Java Edition username – 3 to 16 characters, letters, numbers and underscores – which we validate against Mojang at checkout, and money and items go to that account on DonutSMP. Bedrock names with a dot prefix do not pass that check. If you play DonutSMP through a Bedrock account, ask us on Discord before paying and we will tell you whether delivery to your name is possible.

Usually within 5–30 minutes while we are online (see Discord status). Deliveries are done manually by our staff, so there is no bot and no automation that can break. Our online status is shown on Discord; if nobody is online you will be served as soon as someone is back.

Through the server's own /pay command, straight to your balance. Be online on DonutSMP with the username from your order and watch the chat. You do not have to meet anyone.

Join DonutSMP with your order username, accept the teleport request from our delivery account and pick up the drop (shulkers for big orders). Make sure you have inventory space and are in a safe spot.

Every box has a public drop table with odds (click What's inside? on any box). When you order, the drops are rolled server-side; they appear on your order page once your payment is confirmed and are then handed over like normal items. You always receive exactly what was rolled.

Money can be paid while you are offline on most setups; items need you online. We will ping you on Discord (if you joined) or wait until you are on. Orders never expire after payment.

Fast, but not instant – there is no bot. Usually within 5–30 minutes while we are online (see Discord status). A real member of our staff logs on to DonutSMP, runs /pay or hands the items over, and marks the order delivered; you can watch each step on your order page. Outside our online hours (see the status in our Discord) the order waits for the next person on duty. Paid orders never expire.

For items, spawners and box drops – yes: you accept a teleport from our delivery account and pick up the drop, so you need to be on DonutSMP with the username from your order and have inventory space. For money – usually not, because /pay reaches an offline balance on most setups, though being online lets you see the confirmation in chat. Tell us on Discord when you are on and we will time the delivery.

Every line in a box has a weight, and its chance on one roll is that weight divided by the total of the pool – click What's inside? on any box to see the percentages. Boxes with several rolls draw without repeats, so a three-roll box always has three different lines and your chance of any given line is higher than the single-roll figure. Lines marked guaranteed are in every box. The roll happens on our server when you order and the result is written to your order page before delivery.

PayPal (Friends & Family), crypto (Litecoin, and others when enabled), cards / Apple Pay / Google Pay through Stripe when it is enabled, plus gift cards on request. The exact list is shown at checkout and depends on what is switched on right now.

Friends & Family has no fees and no holds, so we can keep prices low and deliver faster. If you can only send Goods & Services, contact us first – we may ask you to cover the fee.

Pick a coin at checkout, send the shown amount to our address and paste the transaction hash on your order page. We confirm after the network confirms (usually a few minutes for Litecoin). Send the exact amount – underpaid orders are topped up as store credit.

Manual payments are checked by a human. Make sure you submitted the reference (transaction ID / PayPal e-mail) on your order page; that is what notifies us. If it has been more than an hour, ping us on Discord with your order ID.

Prices are set in USD. The currency switcher in the header shows estimates in EUR, GBP and others; your payment provider does the actual conversion at its own rate.

PayPal – yes, Friends & Family is our default method. Crypto – yes, Litecoin is always on and Bitcoin, USDT and 100+ other coins appear at checkout when enabled. Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards run through Stripe and are available whenever card checkout is switched on. Whatever is live right now is listed at checkout; if your preferred method is missing, ask on Discord and we will try to arrange it.

Visit /spin and spin the wheel for free – one spin every 24 hours per person. Prizes are coupons, store credit or free items. Free items need a Minecraft username so we can deliver them, and each username can win one free-item prize per week (further free-item wins turn into a coupon). Coupons expire, so use them.

Share your link from /referral. Your friend gets 5% off their first order and you receive 5% of what they paid as store credit after delivery. Credit is applied automatically at checkout when you enter your username.

Yes – after your order is delivered you can rate it on the order page. Once the review is approved we send you a 5% coupon for your next order. One review per order.

When enabled, the code WELCOME5 gives 5% off at checkout. You can combine welcome codes, spin coupons and store credit with bulk prices and spending tiers, but only one coupon per order.

Gift codes from giveaways or support are redeemed at /redeem: enter the code and your username and we create a free order for you. Discount coupons go into the coupon field at checkout instead.

When the login gate is on, you click Login with Discord on /spin, approve the request on Discord and are sent straight back to the wheel – we only read your Discord ID, name and (if required) whether you are in our server. The login ties your spins and prizes to one account, so the one spin every 24 hours limit is per person, not per browser, and your coupons, free items and store credit show up on your account page. We never see your Discord password and you can revoke the access in Discord at any time.

We deliver with normal in-game actions (/pay, teleports and drops) and never ask for your password or account. That said, DonutSMP's rules prohibit real-money trading and enforcement is the server's decision – buying is at your own risk and responsibility. We keep deliveries discreet and spread out, and we never advertise in-game.

You pay first, we deliver – like any store. The difference to a random trader is that you have an order ID, a payment record, a public review history and a store that would lose everything by scamming one customer. Start with a small order if you want to test us.

No. DonutCoins is an independent store run by players. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to DonutSMP, Mojang or Microsoft.

Your Minecraft username, the order and payment reference, an optional e-mail, a hashed IP address and a random device id used for spin cooldowns. We do not sell data. Full details in the privacy policy.

We think the honest answer is "check for yourself": every order gets an ID and a public tracking page at /track, deliveries are done by our own staff rather than by random traders, the reviews on /reviews can only be written from delivered orders, and the refund policy refunds non-delivery in full. We do not show invented order counts or testimonials. Start with a small order – a few million or a handful of spawners – and scale up once you have seen the delivery.

It is possible. DonutSMP's rules prohibit real-money trading, and the server decides how to enforce that – warnings, balance resets or bans. We reduce the footprint: deliveries use ordinary /pay, teleports and drops, large amounts can be split over time, we never advertise in-game and we never touch your account. But we cannot make it risk-free, and a punishment after delivery is not a refund reason. Read the IRL trading guide before you order.

Discord is fastest – open a ticket with your order ID. You can also check any order at /track without contacting us.

Yes. For very large money amounts, item lists not in the store or regular purchases, message us on Discord and we will quote a price.
