Why are god apples in the Investments category?

Because they cannot be crafted and are consumed in every serious fight, their value on the player market stays stable. Many players buy stacks to resell or to hold.

How much is a stack of enchanted golden apples?

64 apples cost $25.60 at the 64+ tier ($0.40 each). 16 apples are $7.04 at the $0.44 tier.

About Enchanted Golden Apple

The enchanted golden apple – the god apple – is the strongest consumable in the game: Absorption IV, Regeneration II, Fire Resistance and Resistance for long enough to turn a fight. On DonutSMP they cannot be crafted, which keeps the price high and makes them one of the safest items to hold. We sell them at $0.47 each, $0.44 from 16 and $0.40 from 64, up to 640 per line.

PvP players eat them, traders stockpile them, and both groups keep a steady demand going that rarely dips. That is why they sit in our Investments category: a stack bought today still sells tomorrow.
